Curry Jito: A Spicy Twist on a Classic

Prepare to have your taste buds tantalised by our spicy Curry Jito. A bold and aromatic cocktail that features spiced rum, passionfruit, sugar, curry leaves, lime, and ginger ale. Offering an exotic mix of sweet, tangy, and subtly spicy flavours. The star of the show? The fragrant curry leaves, which lend a distinctive aroma and depth to this tropical delight.

Curry Jito Recipe:

• Add 10-12 fresh curry leaves, 2 tablespoons of lime juice, and 20ml of sugar to a glass.

• Muddle (the process of “smushing” ingredients together) the curry leaves to release their natural oils and aroma.

• Add half a passionfruit to the glass.

• Pour in 50ml of spiced rum and stir everything together until the sugar dissolves.

• Fill the glass with ice cubes and top it off with ginger ale.

• Garnish with a fresh sprig of curry leaves.

 

Coast Breeze: A Refreshing Escape

Imagine lounging by the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean, sipping on a Coast Breeze – a refreshing cocktail that captures the essence of our island paradise. Made with vodka, guava juice, lemon, cane syrup, pink peppercorns, and cucumber, this vibrant libation offers a delightful balance of sweet and tart flavours, complemented by the subtle heat of pink peppercorns and the refreshing crunch of cucumber. It's the perfect thirst-quencher on a warm, sun-drenched day.

Coast Breeze Recipe:

• Add 10-12 pink peppercorns and 4 slices of cucumber to a glass. Muddle to release the flavours.

• Pour in 50ml of vodka and 100ml of guava juice. Mix well with a bar spoon.

• Fill the glass with ice cubes and garnish with a cucumber slice.

 

Tamarindo Sour: A Tangy Delight

For those who appreciate a bold, piquant cocktail, the Tamarindo Sour is sure to please. This unique concoction combines white rum, almond syrup, lemon, and the star ingredient – tamarind juice.
